In this eBook the author describes how her family of three sisters went on to forming a little bigger family because her Dad had always wanted a son. Finally a son was indeed born into the family and he was the source of much joy and entertainment in the family. But the author's Dad did not get to see him grow after he was six years old because he had a massive heart attack and passed away.

So the author's brother was going to lose his Dad's parenthood at a very young age. Could the rest of her family make up for his loss? Perhaps not but they tried!! They took care that he ate properly, had good schooling, and had good friends, and they tried to keep him happy.

It was not long before her brother began to show great passion for music. He downloaded guitar tabs from the computer and applied to his guitar (which was given to him in grade 4 on his music teacher's request but the teacher left soon after, and the guitar remained in the house since then).

Soon enough he became quite good at playing on the guitar, and pushing him up through his grades until he was through with O-levels and A-levels under University of London was quite a challenge. But he liked Science especially, Physics and got himself admitted in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering program in a private university in the city. He was doing well initially but his passion for guitar took over. He bunked classes and grew more attached to music and chatting on the computer until one day he was rebuked by the family to continue his studies seriously whereupon he stopped all his activities and retreated inside his shell in his room and stayed locked up for days on.

"The Mystery Girl fiction" story

I have authored a fiction story titled, "The Mystery Girl" on free-ebooks.net which is a popular, safe and secure site.

The book starts with the birth of Pinky (later to be known among others as, "The Mystery Girl"), an adorable girl with pinky cheeks and therefore, her name. Mommy and Daddy took great care of her until they brought a second new born soon into the family. Pinky, being the sole the attention of the family so far, envied her sister, who gradually grabbed all the attention. 

It was not long before the two sisters became great friends and held hands together wherever they went, and it became impossible to set them apart. When Pinky went to school at age six, she missed her then best friend, her sister very much.

But soon she made great friends and started to love school and her teachers. She made another two shifts of school, and in her third school, Pinky did not perform too well academically unlike her sister. So she got very unhappy about it, and this had consequences on her O-level and A-level results.

As she enrolled in an Engineering University, she decided to be happy and became ambitious, making it a point to be at the very top of her class, while making special friends and helping her classmates all through. And boy, was this a perfect antidote for her!! She did get to the top of her class brilliantly, setting an example for others and also, making up for her previous grievances. The university immediately took her as a faculty member right after her graduation for her exceptional results. Even imparting lectures to her students was a great success for Pinky, and soon she became very popular among her students. She went abroad for higher education and came back to join her old job, from which she was on study leave. In the span of her career, she made two prompt promotions and was greatly envied by others.

One semester, when she was planning on how to end the semester fruitfully by taking final quizzes, assignments and giving the last lectures, and also about rounding up her research with her thesis and project final year students, a streak of thunder and lightening struck her from a bolt out of the blues, and Pinky realized she was being challenged in life. This was too much for her to bear and she decided for a change of places with a change in jobs, which is why she started applying abroad for the post of faculty member in universities. Why was she suddenly challenged in life, she being such a capable, dedicated and caring teacher? What is the mystery and suspense behind her title, "The Mystery Girl" everywhere she went and attended.

To stay with her dreams, she followed some insightful and meaningful quotes and those kept her strong and enabled her to have faith in herself and in God. She also got tips on how to stay strong on her burning desires from free self-help books that she got in one of her email accounts, which she used solely for this purpose.

By the time she finished dreaming, she imagined of the legacy she would be leaving behind and she knew for sure she wouldn't be immortal. So she decided what epitaph she would like to have on her tombstone. Now what would her epitaph really look like? On the other hand, she had even more exciting dreams to achieve other than the ones mentioned here. This eBook is intended to enlighten the mood of the valued reader and find the humor of life from author's life experiences. She writes about many of the moments she recalls about sharing a laugh with. She talks about laughing with her sister, with her male and female friends, her class when she was a student, her students when she was a lecturer, and while reading jokes from resources like a novel and/or magazine.

For instance, when the author is in Germany, she has a chitchat with her guy friends, Anik and Shoeb to whom she confesses after lunch that Helen is her best friend because she has been a friend in times of need. Anik cuts a joke then with the author after giving a quick look at Shoeb, "Hey look Rosina, Shoeb has become so gloomy and unhappy!! You did not say: Shoeb is my best friend!!" And all of us had laughed together!!

As a next instance, my sister and her sister-in-law cuddle around my nephew and niece, along with me, late in the afternoon in US, when my sister's sister-in-law confesses that in her home back in our country, she has to tolerate rats and cockroaches going all over her at night and she had grown accustomed to that, her sleep being her greater priority. The author then commented,"How can you tolerate rats going all over you? I cannot simply imagine myself in that situation!" My sister then chuckled,"Does that mean you can tolerate cockroaches going all over you?" And the three of us had burst out into merry laughter.

In this eBook, the author narrates the beautiful memories of staying near the Mediterranean Sea. The complex was full of foreign Russian families, and the author together with her sisters found their children beautiful and were drawn to them. By and by, friendships blossomed among them and they started to share memorable moments with them.

The author and her sisters played with dolls and play cups and saucers plus made stuffs out of clay and also paper and the children started to flock around them. Soon they were drawing pictures and the children loved to color them and take them home and show their parents. The children also loved to draw their own pictures. They played different games with the children as well.

By now they loved the children and the children loved them. Their mission was fulfilled and yet that was not the end. They got more entwined with the children and started getting invitations for the birthday parties which they thoroughly enjoyed. They participated in cultural shows and were greatly applauded by the children and their parents.
